Amazing stay .. we can here for our quarterly meeting so conference room were great to have a focused session as well as in conf service with high tea was on time .. food in lunch and dinner were having varieties and delicious.. also Disha was a great concierge to help us around the property do visit

We had a wonderful 2-night stay here. Had gone with 3 senior citizens, one of whom needed a wheelchair. We had tremendous support from all the staff and a great experience overall. From a traditional Maharashtrian welcome to a courteous and quick farewell, it was a refreshing weekend. Special shoutout to Ravi, Vicky, Mayur (the naturalist) who leads the trekking experience and Aminao in the restaurant who effectively dealt with all our customised requirements! Thanks for making this a memorable stay.

The stay at Radisson was honestly exciting and eventful. We had come here for an annual business meet-up. Everything went smoothly and the receptionists were extremely helpful with everything. Disha one of the receptionist welcomed us warmly and gave us a delightful goodbye present. This is an amazing place for a good business or family get away!!

We had an amazing trekking experience this morning near Radisson Resort, Lonavala. The trail was beautiful, and the entire experience was made even better by our trek guides. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured our safety throughout the trek. Their insights about the surroundings and their enthusiasm made the journey even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend this trek to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Disappointing Experience at Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala – Not Worth the Price We recently stayed at Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala to celebrate a close friend’s 50th birthday, booking two rooms for the occasion. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations, especially considering the premium pricing. Service and Hospitality: The front desk staff were poorly trained and often excused themselves by saying they were “new.” The person who checked us in was particularly rude, and we felt unwelcome and not treated well throughout our stay. Every small request — whether it was for a late checkout or a quick view of the villas (which we had requested in advance over the phone) — was denied, and not in a polite or courteous manner. Despite paying for three guests in one room, we had to repeatedly follow up for basic amenities like an extra towel, cup, and bedding. Room service was unresponsive throughout. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast was disappointing and poorly managed. When the eggs were served and we asked for toast, we were bluntly told it was self-service — with no prior communication or assistance. Staff would take orders and then disappear, and there was little effort made to check on or support guests. Facilities and Infrastructure: A basic but important issue was the lack of a restroom near the pool, which is inconvenient and unacceptable in a resort setting — especially for children or elderly guests. Event Disruption: We were not informed at the time of booking that the resort would be hosting a wedding. From the evening before the event, wedding guests occupied common areas, and loud karaoke by the pool disrupted the atmosphere and any sense of privacy. Safety Concerns: There were multiple power outages. During one of them, my friend was stuck in the lift and later trapped inside a restroom, with no staff assistance. She was eventually told to use the stairs, only to find herself locked out at an access door, again without any support. The handling of this situation showed a serious lack of safety and guest care. The valet was not helpful What should have been a joyful and memorable celebration turned into a disappointing experience. Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala failed to provide even the most basic standard of hospitality. We do not plan to return.

The food has gone so questionable it’s shocking. Chefs just strut around asking how’s the food and disappear when feedback is shared. The rotis which are simple chapattis were ordered they were like leather. On sharing this we were told we make it in stock so it gets a little hard. This was shocking because even a simple dhaba manages soft roti and this 5 ⭐️has this to say. The idlis were also in a bad state during breakfast and this time the chef was here. He asked us about the food and we showed him how hard the idli is. He says the same we made it in advance and so it’s a bit hard. I’ll heat it up. The waffles were not getting cut even with a knife! That’s the state it’s in right now. More over people were in the pool in their VIP underwear and ganji. All cheap buggies just staring at the ladies.All in all the middle management is least interested in any mess up. There was a big outrage by many other patrons about the pathetic hitea menu of Maggi or some dehydrated bhaiya. Which is chargeable BTW. Yea it’s clean but if your ok to go without decent food by all means go to this Radison.
