Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kunming Guandu

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped, and both the laundry room and gym are excellent. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy, without even a hint of an odor. Environment: The hotel is high-end, stylish, and upscale. It's located right next to Kunming Station, with a commercial area offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Service: The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive!

I booked this room for my parents, hoping they'd be comfortable given their age. I spent a long time choosing on the platform and picked this place, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The room was upgraded for free, and my parents were absolutely delighted. It was on a higher floor and very quiet. The location is convenient; after checking in, they even went for a stroll in the old town and said it was wonderful. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Kunming.

Close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk. It's also convenient to get taxis to other attractions, and there's a specialty flower pastry shop right next to the hotel. We stayed during the Chinese New Year, and the front desk service was very warm. They upgraded our room and even brought us milk and fruit.

Extremely clean and great value for money. They even upgraded my room for free. The front desk lady was very nice~

The room view was amazing! No need to go to Duoyishu scenic spot, you can just wake up in the morning and enjoy the view right from the yard. The owner helped with my luggage and even took photos for me, which was great since I was traveling alone and didn't have anyone to take pictures.
