The rooms are super clean, and the front desk staff are very helpful. They even provide shuttle service and snacks. It's a great hotel!

The front desk staff were really helpful with airport transfers, carrying luggage, and even offered kid-friendly amenities without us asking. The hotel breakfast was fantastic – lots of options like bread, rice noodles, shrimp dumplings, steamed buns, and even iced Coke! The staff also told me I could take snacks back to my room, and they even made coffee for me when I couldn't figure out the machine. The service was absolutely top-notch.

The room was very clean and spacious. We had a car service for pick-up and drop-off, which was convenient. The afternoon tea offered fresh fruit and coffee. We also received breakfast vouchers, and the breakfast buffet had both Chinese and Western options, including local specialty rice noodles. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The room was quite spacious, but the sink was too small, making it easy to splash water on the floor when washing your face or hands. Also, there was no hand soap, no makeup mirror, and no hand towel. However, the service was great; the shuttle bus was always available, and the room's smart features were sufficient. The breakfast was also quite rich, and the complimentary minibar was a nice touch, though the refrigerator's seal was faulty, causing cold air to escape. Finally, the bed facing the mirror in the room felt a bit uncomfortable at night.

The hotel also has cute shuttle carts, and the front desk staff are all very enthusiastic, proactively asking about your needs. If you have luggage, taking the hotel's cart is very convenient. Inside the hotel, there are lots of fresh flowers and green plants lining the corridors, and the overall room decor complements this theme. The housekeeping staff are also incredibly nice, making for a pleasant stay. If you're here to see the seagulls, you can even get bread from the hotel to feed them. Getting around the area is super easy too, making for a great overall travel experience.

It's located in the Camellia Garden Cultural & Creative Park, which has many popular photo spots, like the Puyun Bookstore. ^_^ I'll definitely be back next time!
