Room: The family room had a nice vibe, and my kids really enjoyed it. It featured a smart Baidu control system and a powerful Laifen hairdryer. The bedding was comfortable. Cleanliness: Overall, it was okay, but I did notice some hair on the floor and by the sink. The cleaning attention to detail could be improved. I mentioned it to the housekeeper, but they just said they'd re-clean it, which didn't feel like they took the issue very seriously. Environment: The facilities are excellent, with a laundry room, gym, and bar all available. Outside, there's even a ping-pong court, badminton court, outdoor tents, and an outdoor terrace, which was a pleasant surprise. Minor Drawback: Breakfast was the weakest part. The taste was just average, and there were no Yunnan-specific dishes. If the breakfast had been better, I probably would have extended my stay.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, within walking distance of the subway. It offers a good range of facilities, including a laundry room and a gym. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel concierge even added me on WeChat in advance to share recommendations for places to visit and eat around the hotel, which was a very thoughtful touch. However, the hotel hosts many tour groups from Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other places, and the room hygiene was poor. When I opened the door, there were still used slippers from the previous guest that hadn't been removed, bloodstains on the bathrobe, and the bathmat was moldy.

Unexpectedly had an overnight layover in Kunming and booked this hotel last minute at the airport. It turned out to be a memorable stay! A fantastic hotel with incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Kunming.

It seems they offer a complimentary afternoon tea in the afternoon. The surrounding area is quite quiet, which is great for those who need a peaceful sleeping environment.
