The hotel is located just a few hundred meters from Kunming Railway Station North Square, and it's easy to find with navigation. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The staff is very welcoming, and the room was decent. I do need to mention that the showerhead sprays water unevenly and needs to be replaced or repaired. Overall, it's good value for the price.

The hotel is conveniently located, a 3-minute walk from Kunming Railway Station. The staff were very helpful and proactively upgraded us to a better spacious and comfortable room when they realized we had lot of luggages. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended to stay!

Thank you for the upgrade to a bigger room. This room is close to smoking area so the second hand smoke can get into the room. You can hear neighbors open close door. Anyway this is matching to the price point so cannot complain. Close to railway metro. shengsiong supermarket (Singapore brand) downstairs. Many eateries too.
