This hotel offers a fantastic experience. It's conveniently located, and the rooms are spotless and well-maintained. The service is excellent, making the stay very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and I particularly liked the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel's location is superb, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, resolving any issues promptly. I primarily chose this hotel because of its reputation. The front desk staff were very accommodating and enthusiastic in addressing all my questions. Despite being in the city center, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The room hygiene was impeccable. It's also very close to breakfast spots, making dining out extremely convenient. The staff were friendly, their service was top-notch, and the location is excellent with easy access to transportation. The cleanliness and comfort were outstanding, and the staff were very enthusiastic and eager to assist with anything, truly exceptional hospitality.

This hotel boasts an elegant environment and clean, comfortable rooms with soft, skin-friendly bedding. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, even thoughtfully giving us a Yunnan Pu'er tea souvenir when we checked out. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the subway and a commercial district. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!

The room was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, right by the old town, and you can even walk to Cuihu Lake. It's centrally located, making it very convenient to get to other tourist attractions. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room had a cozy atmosphere.

I was very satisfied! Since I was sharing a large bed with my daughter, I requested an extra quilt via WeChat at night, and it was delivered very quickly. In the morning, to avoid disturbing my daughter's beauty sleep, I had tea and ordered takeout in the lounge area, which was incredibly comfortable. Shopping nearby was very convenient. Upon check-out, they even gave us a souvenir. My daughter said even five-star hotels aren't this thoughtful. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Kunming!

The hotel's location is super convenient, right inside Kunming Old Street, and the room was really spacious. The cleanliness was meticulous, and the hot tub even had a disposable liner. The bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept wonderfully. Great value for money! The staff were also incredibly nice, and the check-in process was very smooth.

We brought our kids here, and the room was clean and hygienic. It's right opposite the Justice Archway, so it's easy to find. We didn't drive, and there are plenty of electric scooters downstairs, making getting around super convenient. The staff were all very warm and friendly. The bedding was spotless, and they even put thought into the coffee bean selection. Dali was too crowded and uncomfortable for us, so we came back to the city. The kids loved playing in the pool and didn't want to leave. We only booked for one day initially, but we were so satisfied that we extended our stay for several more days. The owner even adjusted the price based on our actual situation. All in all, we're very satisfied.
