Clean and quiet. I'll definitely stay here again for my next business trip.

The room was clean and spotless, and the service was excellent. We had trouble finding the parking, but a kind staff member even ran to the intersection to wait for us and guide us. The apartment is conveniently located right above The MixC, making dining incredibly easy. And the best part is, it's pet-friendly!

It was a fantastic stay. The owner was absolutely wonderful – so kind-hearted, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. My suitcase was pretty heavy, but she just effortlessly picked it up with one hand! I was genuinely amazed by her strength and helpfulness. I'll definitely be back because their hospitality was exceptional. Plus, the room itself was great.

I was genuinely surprised to get such a fantastic room for the price. It features smart controls throughout, and the location couldn't be better – right next to MixC City, making everything super convenient. Plus, it's just 700-800 meters from the metro station. The hotel is brand new after renovation, and I was especially pleased that there was absolutely no new-decor smell; it felt incredibly clean and modern.

The hotel's design is amazing! The modern minimalist style feels incredibly chic and high-quality, with soft, warm lighting and thoughtful details throughout. The entire place is clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved it!

Super great location.. connect to the shopping mall right away at 7th floor. Everything is so new. Staffs are friendly and so willing to help with any request. I asked for a may to get my parcel delivery.. she promptly went to collect it for me😊. Room is as exactly in the picture. Definitely return!!

I absolutely loved the style of this guesthouse! The opulent gold walls and the sleek, rounded design elements are truly stunning. The constant temperature hot water was fantastic – no matter how long I showered, it stayed perfectly warm and incredibly comfortable. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next trip to Kunming!

The location is super convenient, right by the subway station and just a 30-minute ride to the airport. It also has direct access to MixC Mall, so there are tons of food choices right on your doorstep. The room itself was spotless. The owner was incredibly hospitable, even coming down to greet us. When we realized there was no mosquito repellent, they quickly brought some up for us.

The room was very spacious and incredibly quiet. The location offered excellent transportation links, with Line 6 (subway) right downstairs, making it quick and easy to reach both attractions and the airport. The MixC shopping mall is just next door, boasting a wide variety of delicious food options. I particularly enjoyed a fantastic *maodu* hotpot restaurant there, so much so that I ate there two days in a row! The most pleasant surprise, however, was the beautiful view from the room.

Friendly staff, shopping centre next door which includes a supermarket, fast and reliable internet, nice city views. Will stay here again. The highlight was the Japanese style smart toilet!

The room was on 22nd floor. When you enter the building take the LEFT side lift directly to 22nd floor. Make sure you connect with hotel on WeChat, you can get room passcode on wechat. The room itself if modern with basic amenities. Japanese toilet is an helpful addition. Just next to the MIXC mall, so well placed.

The hotel experience was outstanding! The staff were consistently warm and attentive, demonstrating professional hospitality from the kind guidance upon arrival to the thoughtful care at departure. Room facilities are modern and well-maintained, with smart control systems, high-quality bedding, and luxurious bathrooms providing ultimate comfort. The overall environment is quiet and clean, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. If I had to rate this stay out of 100, I would unhesitatingly give it a full score! Highly recommended.

Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Facilities: New hotel, right next to MixC shopping mall, very convenient. Environment: Although it's next to a shopping mall, the room is quite comfortable and not noisy; soundproofing is good. Service: Self check-in, very quick and convenient.
