Very comfortable stay in the spacious room with a huge bathroom. Very clean and well maintained with many amentities available. Short walk to the bustling shopping area. Friendly and helpful staff.

Really love the cleanliness, spacious and nicely decorated room and the warm hospitality by the staffs. They helped to book us a driver to the airport and I forgotten it in the car, they even helped to retrieve it in time without any issue. Truly recommend to stay here! There's a lot of food nearby too!

The room were as pretty as advertise. The staffs are friendly and really helpful. It is located in the heart of city center, walkable distance to malls and Kunming old street. For Muslim traveller, is it close to both Nancheng and Suncheng mosque that has halal food vendors for us to choose from.

Highly recommend the Duplex Two-bedroom parent-child room if you are travelling with children. The room is cosy and comes with thoughtful, kid-friendly amenities such as a potty seat, two-step stepper, room slipper, Lego, soft toys, etc. The staff are also friendly and helpful when I requested some help with returning the power bank even when I arrived at the hotel at almost 10pm. Additionally, there is a wide selection of breakfast for you to preorder in advance. Truly enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent location. Clean and spacious. Big tv with variety of show. Duplex room is good for kids with separate sleeping area. Separate toilet and shower is good. Western breakfast is delicious Staff is very helpful with luggage

Exceptional hotel . Great location and very beautiful and comfortable rooms . Staff are very welcoming and helpful . Little bag beside bed with adapters for charging was very helpful . While staying here check out the cute bar just behind the hotel . I will definately always stay here when I am in Kunming .

It’s always been good staying here. Especially the front desk boy name 包和磊，his services were impressive. He helped us with luggages to pick up point and also collect my parcels from Taobao.

We had an excellent stay at Babymoon Hotel. All the staff were very helpful and eager to assist with all our queries. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We were very happy and lucky to have chosen Babymoon hotel to stay whilst enjoying Kunming old city which is just within the walking distance from the hotel. Especially for Muslim travellers there are many halal food options along the Shuncheng street which is about 10-15mins walk.

Great service from the entire staff. Very quiet location and nearby main shopping area of Old Kunming. Breakfast is very tasty. Staff very helpful - ordered taxi for us and help with luggage. Highly recommend!

Booked a family room for 3 adults, got a loft with 2 queen size bed. Room is clean and bed comfortable. Amenities fully equipped. Comfortable stay. Choices available for set breakfast. Overall value for money. Just across Nanping street, and available local food all near the hotel. Very convenient and highly recommended. As hotel is near old town, cars can't drive up to the hotel, so do contact hotel ahead of time so they can direct you where your driver can stop the car and they will come out to help you with your luggages, just less than 2 min.

We reached hotel quite late and the front desk is kind enough to serve us late night dessert. They are very attentive to bring the luggage to and from for us. And the next day breakfast is a set, and of course we get the Mixian.

We really love our stay here at Babymoon hotel - the service here is awesome with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was always smthg that I look forward to and it didn’t disappoint us with the variety, taste really good as well! Will choose this hotel when we come Yunnan in future
