Very good experience. Booked two rooms and one was very hot. The staffs claimed that there is only heating because it is winter but clearly the A/C panel was not working, because the other room was great. They sent a technician who parroted the same thing. Limited spoken English.

雲南遊第一站昆明，攜程挑了這間高分酒店，果然名不虛傳👍前台小姐姐很專業辦理入住很快，還貼心做了房間升級，酒店所有服務人員都非常熱情，從進門的一杯玫瑰花飲到推薦打車軟件都很暖心❤️房間從床品到洗浴用品都是高端品牌，有蕎麥枕和記憶枕，早餐有必吃榜推薦的同款雞湯米線和破酥包，非常推薦，不虛此行！

酒店的地理位置很好，停車場入口靠近大路的紅綠燈路口，有挺多車位的，但是沒人管理，也沒有行李員幫忙搬運行李。前台與餐廳的服務生態度很好，服務也很到位，贊一個！我太太很喜歡房間裏的挑窗，喝茶賞景的好去處，我比較喜歡寫字枱，方便我用手提電腦處理短暫的工作。衞生間的格局設計不錯，所有的設施都完好，感覺比較新。大床很舒服，床上用品也很不錯。早餐品種不是很多，但是味道都挺好的，餐廳服務生還幫忙做咖啡，多謝了！
