Ramada by Wyndham Hotels in Kunming

The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Kunming Railway Station. The staff were incredibly professional, warm, and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. They can also arrange for a non-smoking floor. Rooms are designed with a classic, elegant ambiance, ensuring fresh air and a peaceful, undisturbed stay. The in-room projector provides free access to VIP movies. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect hotel for me in Kunming. I gave the 6 out of 5 ratings for new, great, clean facilities and wonderful breakfast. But most of all I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. Among them I want to highlight the hotel manager Zhou Chingmin who provided great checkin and orientation. I was not feeling well due to the high altitude and she was so kind to provide me with air cleaner and to inform me that they could find oxygen canister if I needed one. She was an example of customer care expert and I am very greaful for that.

My stay truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with incredible warmth by the front desk staff. Check-in was incredibly fast, and they thoughtfully provided recommendations for local dining spots. The room was surprisingly clean. Its convenient location near the subway station and major shopping areas made it incredibly easy to get around. For a hotel offering such great value for money, I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. I've already recommended it to my friends!
