AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, about a ten-minute walk from Cuihu Lake and also a ten-minute walk from Kunming Old Street, though in a different direction. There are many local eateries nearby, and shared electric bikes are very convenient. The room was very clean, no mosquitoes, and the hotel service was excellent. It was also quiet at night, so I slept well.

Iinf056The front desk staff were all lovely; they even helped upgrade my room. Although breakfast officially ends at 9:30 AM, I went down at 9:27 AM and they still made me rice noodles and regular noodles – they didn't refuse just because it was almost closing time, which was great. The airport shuttle service is also very convenient. There are many delicious restaurants downstairs, and the gym is also quite good.

MM364457****I stayed here for one night while transferring flights in Tengchong. Being right in the airport made it super convenient for my early morning flight the next day. The room, though not huge, was very comfortable, neat, and clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The service was thoughtful, and since it's inside the airport, food and everything else was easily accessible. It was my first time staying at a Ji Hotel, and I had a really good impression.

GGuest UserBorn in 1999, I've always had a special affinity for turn-of-the-millennium architecture. These grand, classic structures, embodying bold visions of the future, also exude a 'dreamcore'-like surreal atmosphere that perfectly aligned with all my childhood aspirations for big cities.
The Kunming Grand Park Hotel also opened its doors in 1999. While its facilities might show the passage of time, it still retains an old-world elegance and style. I particularly enjoyed the slow-moving, retro-decorated elevator; each ride felt like a brief journey through time. Walking through the corridors, it was as if time had gently receded, transporting me back to the atmosphere of the early 2000s.
I often found myself standing by the window, gazing out at the city's evolving skyline in the distance. I couldn't help but wonder: What would the person who stayed in this very room twenty years ago have been like? Did they also stand by this same window, gazing at the sky and street views of their time, filled with anticipation or uncertainty about the future? It felt as if a thin membrane of time separated us, invisible to each other, yet sharing the exact same view in that moment.
I loved it here so much; it felt like opening a window to another time. Yet, as night fell, the clearer that atmosphere from the past became, the more it evoked a gentle melancholy—like a grand, yet now untouchable, old dream. And precisely for this reason, I know I will certainly return.

MM390202****Choosing this hotel for our trip was an absolute game-changer! From the moment we walked in, the experience was fantastic. The front desk attendant checked us in quickly and kindly, and even proactively shared information about local attractions and good restaurants nearby.
The room was actually more spacious than it looked in the pictures, and the window offered an amazing view of the street. The bedding was clean and incredibly comfortable, soft to the touch. What really impressed me were the details: the bathroom's wet and dry areas were perfectly separated, and even the vanity was spotless, without a single water stain. The toiletries were all single-use, which made me feel very at ease.
The breakfast selection was also rich and varied, with hot congee, freshly made noodles, and very fresh fruit. I ate until I was full before heading out for the day, which was incredibly satisfying. Next time I visit this city, this hotel will definitely be my top choice!

The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. I would not recommend to stay during cold nights - the room doesnt have AC. I was staying in room 207 and i heard all noise from stairs, even just walking and also people in room 206 were awake and screaming whole night so be aware of that.

Although the facilities are simple, there are some, hot water is sufficient, and it is convenient to wash. There is no breakfast, but there are many snack bars nearby, and it is super satisfying to eat anything. The service is also very good, the front desk is warm and there are questions and answers. Next time I come to the high-speed rail station, I will definitely choose here!
