Certainly can’t argue about proximity to train station. Mattress a little on the firm side but completely normal for China.

Spacious room & comfortable bed with different type of pillows to suit you( soft & hard). Room cleanliness slightly lacking as there were stain marks on the wash basin tiles. Front desk service was speedy & staff are friendly. Location within walking distance to Kunshanan railway. Have to be sure your room not facing the railway station. The front desk was kind to allocate my request if the room not facing the railway station. Thank you. Breakfast was good especially the wanton soup. Overall the hotel is clean & comfortable hotel away from the city center but convenient to travel around Suzhou.

Right across the station. Ok hotel and breakfast. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

I stayed here several times, very convenient, just opposite the railway station, it could be noisy a little, however for me no problem Staff can speak English, helpful

Picked this hotel as it was close to the train station. As I was working during my stay I selected a suite room because I wanted a dedicated table area. The suite was large, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom a considerable size. Toiletries were provided. Everything was clean and the air conditioning worked well. All staff I interacted with during my stay were excellent. Breakfast was very good, but if arriving towards the end of breakfast service some of the items, as you'd expect I guess, were not available. I recommend this hotel. I intend to return to China in March next year and I will stay once more at this hotel, and hopefully the same suite room I stayed in before!

Been here last year. Nice and ckean Branded hotel. But definately staff training is unsufficient due to high turnover rate. Need to better training.

Enjoyed the Gym, very convenient location but the trains are a little annoying

The hotel is located at a train station and that’s convenient for some, but the sound isolation is not great. The sound of the trains goes through the windows and can keep you awake.

It’s too noisy if you stay facing north side because of the high speed train.
