Stayed at Courtyard Kunshan for a business trip and it was a perfect experience! The duty manager, Curry, checked me in super quickly, it only took a few minutes – incredibly efficient. They even thoughtfully offered a complimentary breakfast, which was abundant and delicious. Excellent service and comfortable rooms, highly recommend.

First time staying here in Kunshan. The location is a bit out of the way, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep in.

It's a relatively old business hotel, and the price is very cheap. The room was fairly clean, but there were some scratches. Room service was very good, and the service in the executive lounge on the 27th floor was also excellent.
