The hotel service and amenities was well met with what is expected of a 5 star hotels. The extra provided with the Lamborghini Suite room is all fulfilled. Complimentary welcome drinks, lounge access and free mini bar.
The only issue is that due to the hotel bedroom is facing the mall, noises (songs and traffics) is very noticable at nights. Early night sleep is not possible unless you are wearing earplug.
There are many areas around the hotel to visit or fulfill you meal requirement. The location is also quite convenient. The recently finish MRT line is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. You can take this line and 30 minutes ride to connect to the Shanghai MRT Line 11.

After booking the ticket to Suzhou, I found that the prices of several hotels where I stayed in Suzhou had skyrocketed, so I temporarily searched and booked the Tonino Lamborghini Hotel in Kunshan on Ctrip. After checking in, I put forward my ideas and requests to the front desk. Elena, who received me, met my needs one by one and enthusiastically introduced nearby attractions. The service was warm and thoughtful, which was very good. Although the hotel is not as luxurious as the hotels I stayed in before, it is clean, tidy, warm, and the service staff are very friendly and courteous. Our room has a floor-to-ceiling window. When we look up, we can see a green forest and mountains in Tinglin Garden. It is really eye-catching!
The hotel's breakfast buffet really has everything you need, with a wide range of varieties. You can basically find whatever taste you want. It's really great!
After breakfast, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Tinglin Garden, a natural oxygen bar. There is a Kunqu Opera Museum in the park, and it’s great to take photos here. A very satisfying hotel experience!
