Zhouzhuang Zhenfeng Hall

Very friendly and welcoming hotel. The staff were excellent. Good Chinese breakfast provided in a local restaurant. The location is perfect to spend a couple of days exploring Zhouzhuang. Get there after 5pm and you don't have to pay the entrance fee to the park. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located in a beautiful old mansion — a stunning place that is worth visiting in itself. The staff were extremely helpful: they met us at the parking area and even at the city gate to help with our luggage and guide us to the hotel, and they did the same when we left. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the touristic part of town, making it very convenient for exploring. At the moment, the hotel provides vouchers for breakfast in a nearby restaurant. We did not try it, so I cannot comment on the quality.

Great experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, amenities were nice and staff were very kind and friendly. They were in direct contact before during and after our stay to ensure we could find our way into and out of the village and helped us with our luggage. The trip app readily translated my English messages and their Chinese messages so we could communicate easily via text.

Old hotel located in the old town. Hotel is clean but lacks the amenities of a good hotel. Easy access to various parts of old town but has to drag your luggage on uneven cobbled streets. After checking out, the staff is kind to help us push one of our luggages to the exit point. Breakfast is not in the hotel but at a restaurant down the road.
