The room doesn't have many facilities, but it's clean. The bathroom is shared and the quilt is very comfortable. It's an 8-10 minute walk from Nakamura Station. You need to cross the overpass to exit the station.
There are large supermarkets and many places to eat nearby. I always ask Grandma Ling to borrow a bicycle to go out for meals and shopping.

The price-quality ratio is good.
However, the walls are made of paper, and the insulation is very poor (I could clearly hear conversations, but not my neighbors'). There's also no cooking area (there's only a microwave). The white light makes the room uninviting.
