The check in machine was not user friendly, with assistant from the front desk staff, we successfully checked in after 3 times, even the staff can’t figure out the bugs of the machine.
The room was quit stuffy, and there was stain on the bed sheet.
The location is good and convenient

第一晚睡不着醒了…空調的位置太不合理了！比以往住的酒店都要更低，而且風對着頭的位置吹，我就睡了另一邊，可能是一開始被子蓋得太上了，半夜被熱醒，拉開點之後又覺得有風吹太冷，就是蓋着被子的地方太熱沒蓋的又太冷，都擔心會不會感冒了🥲半夜下去前台問1.是不是所有房間空調的位置都一樣，説是的。2.有沒有薄一點的被子，説沒有。解決辦法就是後來睡覺把空調關了，拿了一樓的浴袍當被子蓋。PS.窗户是打不開的。

新しいホテルなので清潔感もあり、スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でよかったです。
周りに焼き鳥屋なども何軒かあり、久留米駅までも歩いて行ける距離でした。

新開酒店，可能很多都在磨合，辦入住花了好長時間。房間內還可以，燈光略暗。早餐有點簡單，不過整體價格不高。

できたばかりのホテルできれいでした。駐車場は提携はなく裏側のコインパーキングにとめます。日本のホテルの割にはホテルマンの案内とかが少なく無表情だったので違和感がありましたが、値段やきれいさでそんなものかと納得できました。藍染めの部屋のナンバーが素敵でした

check in花了很長時間，scan了護照但找不到紀錄，請員工幫忙但員工好像不太熟悉流程，花了很長時間才找到相關紀錄，期間職員再找相關紀錄時說我們能先喝點咖啡，但check in時間是晚上十時多😅 找到紀錄後，職員又花了很長時間才給我們房卡，整個過程大概花了30-45分鐘
