I had a trouble modifying my reservation online, so I called the property for onsite help. The agent showed no hesitation in helping me, and went beyond and above to make sure that he came up with the solution to solve my problem.
The hotel is very clean and offers excellent amenities for the price they charge, and I highly recommend it for anyone who needs a place to stay in Kurume. Even for local people because it is cheaper than a taxi fare in some cases.

I’m a sole traveller and choose to stay in this hostel. I got a single room. The room is clean and cozy. It meant to be a shared space with other but it was so cozy with plenty of room space. I would stay in the same place with the good price.

I was happy that breakfast was included. The portion was a little small, but it was delicious.
The room was small, but since I was alone, it didn't bother me. However, I felt that people who were concerned about hearing their breathing would be concerned. Having to listen to TV through earphones was a bit annoying.

晚上的服務人員很好👍，個人空間很剛好，可以打開行李箱，還有電視很高級。一樓的空間很大、很舒適，早上還有早餐整個cp 值很高。
拿取寄放行李有個小插曲，門鎖了，讓打電話，可我只有網卡，不能播電話，於是還好隔壁是警察局，請警察小姐協助播電話，不知下次是否留line可以用網路通話的方式聯繫，可能對於只有網卡的客人，比較容易聯繫。謝謝
