It was my second time Time staying here, the weather wasn’t in our favour but it was still so beautiful. The food, service specially the staff is so so humble and sweet made our day! We’ll always look forward to coming here again!

We visited Canary Islands and spa in the 2nd week of September. Right from the moment we reached , we were recieved warmly by the reception staff who instantly made us comfortable and sorted out a few logistical issues we had with utmost ease. I would like to specially mention Mr Priyanshu at the reception for the great check in experience. We booked the Flamingo cottages and the rooms were spacious, great bathrooms and a balcony which had the best view of the mountains enrobed in clouds. Super refreshing feels! The vibe at the pool with the stunning views were an icing on the cake! The entire service staff was exceptionally polite and prompt with even the minutest of requests being catered to immediately. The restaurant is pretty great too. Mr Suraj at the restaurant kept us comfortable and assisted us with customisations we needed with the food. He was kind enough to even send us hot and fresh food at our room for late dinners as needed. The chefs are great at what they do and the Ala carte menu is well crafted with great food. We did not miss out on great food even on a remote island. Definitely visiting again for sure !
