We found this hotel last minute and I am so glad we did. It was brilliant in every way! The staff, the room, the views, location and wow the variety of food available at the buffet was exceptional! It was a luxury very of a buffet where they also had a cooking station that changed each day/night. Erdem Bey and Hayati Bey looked after this and their service was next level. We met so many people that have come back to this resort for 15+ years and I can see why. Thank you

One of the best hotels that we have stayed in. I really wished I had booked the sea facing room as the property has great balcony space for people to enjoy. The lounge is awesome and they have happy hours twice in a day. It's also close to first part of the markets with many restaurants easily accessible by foot. There is also an awesome Gym with a beautiful Hamam. We enjoyed the Hamam space that is so beautifully done. The breakfast spread is humongous and they have multiple fresh hot counters. They also have Starbucks onsite. I would come back for sure

We enjoyed our stay at Charisma Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view to the ocean. We loved the beach and pool area, as well as the breakfast.

Love the valet service - no need to hunt for parking lots! Room is clean and reasonably comfortable. Plus point is Starbucks within the establishment. Breakfast is a spread but quality is wanting.

Staff and cleaners especially Inci made us feel at home and assisted in any requested making a good a relaxing holiday

Where do I start, although I booked a Sea View Room, I was charged an extra €252 on Check In. Very rude interaction with reception staff with no satisfaction! Staff in general weren’t at all friendly or accommodating. On Check Out I got hit with a further €200 for the minibar! I drank 6 bottles of Efes, 2 soft drinks, 5 or 6 waters, 2 Toblerones and a jar of nuts!!! This Hotel is anything but a 5*

Hospitality is poor. Not value for money. Room was ok, with no view. We could see from the room a garbage truck on the street as the room was on ground floor. Requested for the room with sea view if it is available. The person at the reception told that rooms are available with sea view, but you have to pay £50 per night extra. Breakfast ok, not much variety. Charging extra for fresh orange juice, which is again ridiculous for a 5-star hotel.

It was clean and nice. The beach snack bar had very good service and staff but portions were a bit small.

Hello! I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay, the staff is in the clouds, absolutely no one cares about anything. My wife asked for a blanket for 2 days, they brought the same blanket on the third day, there were simply no warm ones, apparently. I wrote to the hotel in advance, inquired about early check-in, to which I was told that their basic check-in is at 12:00 and that we can call the reception and ask them about this possibility, and then I had a question, with whom am I even talking and why didn’t they just pass me on to the appropriate specialist! Upon arrival at the hotel, of course, we were told that check-in is at 14:00 :)) Thanks to them for checking us in an hour earlier. The panoramic room saved our stay at the hotel, it was really beautiful! The breakfasts are monotonous, but thanks for that! There are a lot of children in the pool... the sea is very dirty, they clean it carelessly and in general no one cares)) but for a couple of days you can safely stay in a panoramic room))

The room is in a very good location. The balcony is just right for you to see the gorgeous sunset of the Aegean Sea. In the morning, you can see the cruise ship slowly entering the port of Kusadasi. The breakfast is rich and delicious, great

Service: I didn't see clearly that I bought one guest, and two people have to pay extra, which is not a problem. But a fat middle-aged male staff at the hotel front desk didn't even let my companion sit on the chair next to him. He looked at him like a thief, afraid that he would sneak upstairs. It's a bit of a small hotel. Facilities: The facilities are average, just work normally. Environment: The environment is very good. It was too cold when we came. It would be great if it was hot and we could go into the water. The sea view on the balcony is good, but it's about the same as the lake view room in China. Breakfast: I was late for the delicious kaymak here. I asked what it was. After knowing it, I went to the supermarket behind to find kaymak. It's really delicious. Remember to add honey, friends 👍 The hotel puts it in egg shells

My favorite hotel, no doubt about it. I have booked it for people several times. I like it. I hope the quality is maintained.
