This Suhan Seaport Hotel is attractive in all aspects, starting with personnel greeting you at the entrance, all kind of conveniences and services you may be offered. Due to the hotel hospitality i want to come back to Kusadasi again and more. I appreciated the hotel's cuisine, facilities, infrastructure, friendly environment and I'd like to address my gratitude to the most handsome receptionist Aziz for his attentive attitude to the customers' necessities and helpfulness.

Friendly staff, especially Kamran was very kind and helpful. Hotel is located near Kusadasi Center, restaurants, supermarkets and taxi stand (be aware that there’s a steep hill next to the hotel). Rooms were clean and tidy. Hotel provided necessary needs like toiletries, slippers, locker etc… On my first day I had a problem with the TV, remote and hotel key/card, they immediately fixed it without wasting any time which I highly appreciate. A few activities such as foosball (table football), chess and obviously swimming in the pool are at your service, what in my opinion is nice. The WiFi- coverage could be a little better and the water in the washroom was salty, but bar these things the hotel is great. I’d definitely come here back again next time I visit Kusadasi!

Ichecked out after 1 night of a 2 night booking and am still waiting for a refund! I would avoid this hotel. The manager tried to be helpfulbut still no refund. ******* customer service severely inadequate and very disappointing.

Room in terrible condition. The water was not hot. They tell me at reception that they will fix it in ten minutes and when I return from dinner it is still the same. The window could only be opened from one side. The man at the reception tries to open the stuck side and when he fails, he says that only one side opens. The bed only has a bottom sheet and a quilt as a top sheet. The shower grate is sunken and in danger of cutting. The air conditioning remote control is hanging from the device and you have to get up every time you want to turn it on or off. Rusty faucets. The only thing passable is its location.

Terrible hotel, starting from the old and dirty elevator, the rooms are really dirty, old and worn furniture, the restaurant below all expectations and poorly maintained environments. Absolutely avoid it, also because it really seems like a low quality hostel.

First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff for giving us this experience. We were greeted with a smile at the entrance. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is in the city center. I would like to state that it is very valuable to feel that the unlimited delicious breakfast and the employees are sincere to offer all their good intentions and unlimited services to help you, to make you feel like you are at home.
