The location is just perfect, with a fairly large parking space.
The rooms are far from "luxurious" as described by the website, they could use some serious updates.
They advertise wifi - there's actually NO wifi whatsoever. Even if the network was reachable at times (almost never from our room though), there was close to zero speed.
Luckily lots of restaurants shared their passwords and we could stay relatively connected to the world.
The breakfast was plentiful and various, excellent in a word.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, typical excellent Turkish experience.

The hotel is right on the beach. From the outside it seems very new, however the rooms are not that new nor that clean. You have a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The drain stinks and the bed topper is completely yellow from the sweat of other guests. The breakfast is ok. The dinner, however, was better.

Decided to stay an extra week on holiday and so I booked into the Asena room only. I had a wonderful sea view and it was lovely to sit out on my balcony, watch the world go by, people on the beach and swimming in the sea. Rooms a bit small but everything was fine. Cleaned every day and fresh towels. Pool area on the roof had lovely views over Kusadasi and was spotlessly clean. Lovely hotel on Ladies Beach and practically on the beach.

Could not move without elbowing my wife. No room for luggage or ourselfs We booked double room and got single room Made an F.... of our holidays as we were staying three weeks . Recptions told us all rooms were the same size. Meth the fixer three days before holiday ended and got lovely double room too little to late.

The pictures on you site are very misleading. The hotel was incredibly dirty the rooms very small and life threatening.We paid for 10 nights but left after 1 night. It is not a hotel but a dirty old youth hostel. Sockets hanging loose. Escape route was absent.

We stayed our two nights in Kusadasi at Asena hotel given the excellent reviews. It's a budget hotel at the beachfront of Ladies Beach, which is one of the best public beaches in Jusadasi, with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel though needs some serious renovation, the corridors and the floors are carpeted and quite dirty. The rooms were small but with great views to the sea. However, the beds were not very comfortable. Overall, I found it to be a good option for a short stay in Kusadasi if you're on a tight budget.

I stopped in Asena hotel kudassi we had great time rooms a bit small but very clean staff very friendly bar staff brilliant they could not do enough for us and right on the beach will go back next year we had three wonderful weeks there

Other staff than receptionist do not speak English. Room, which should be a triple one, was tiny, with old fashioned furniture, no amenities and I confirm that while taking a shower you have to take care not to get water in the toilet (there is no partition). No place for soaps/shampoo near the shower. The AC was almost out of use, being extremely old, which was a challenge in a hot and humid environment (and during the night the outside area was quite noisy). Elevators are also old and from time to time one out of two was out of service. The floor in the room was never cleaned along the four days we stayed there; however, the bed linen and towels were changed on daily basis and were clean (even if looking quite old...) However, the hotel is conveniently located, close to the main beach (Ladies Beach, quite dirty, by the way). The breakfast has a large array of options, with tasty food and is served at the roof, where from you have a picturesque view of the sea, the coast and the city with the surrounding hills. Many bars, restaurants and shops are located nearby.

We stayed in Asena hotel for 15 days and enjoyed with beautiful view of the sea. Hotel is on the 1st line to the beach. The sea is wonderful, warm and has sandy beach and bottom. The room is a little small for 2 person, but clean, has all necessary conveniences The restaurant is on the 6th floor. From it you can see an amazing and wide sea with a charming view. Food is tasty and very different, they offer a lot of salads, fruit and cakes for your choice. The staff is very hospitable, ready to help you with all your problems. And I would like to say my gratitude to the receptionist Jumhur for his kindness and attentiveness to all our requests.
