This hotel up in the mountains is fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and fresh air. It's especially great in winter when it snows, offering a wonderful snowy landscape. Plus, it's very quiet, allowing for complete relaxation.

I had a very satisfying trip. The hotel is spacious, and the hot springs are incredibly comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. **Cleanliness:** Very clean. There's a 7-11 right outside, and they offer shuttle service to Tang Tien, although it's only about a 10-minute walk anyway. Great location!

The hotel is incredibly luxurious, possibly the most luxurious hot spring hotel I've ever stayed in. I was immediately struck by its grandeur upon entering the lobby. The rooms and facilities throughout were spacious and upscale, providing an exceptionally comfortable stay. The Kusatsu Yubatake bath is about a ten-minute walk from the hotel, and it's especially beautiful at night – definitely worth experiencing. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, and the food was excellent. By hotel standards, this hotel deserves full marks. However, I'd like to offer one suggestion. Considering the large number of rooms and guests, the number of hot spring baths is relatively small, and the baths themselves are not large enough. There are no private baths either. This results in the hot spring baths always being crowded, making the soaking experience less than ideal and not matching the overall quality of the hotel. Adding more private baths, or a larger public bath with a more appealing environment, would likely improve the experience.

This hotel, which offers two meals a day, is quite large for Kusatsu. There were Taiwanese staff at the front desk who spoke Mandarin. Breakfast and dinner are buffets with a wide variety of food. We booked a room with a private onsen (hot spring bath), but the room was a bit cramped for a family of three. There's a 7-Eleven and a supermarket right outside, and the onsen is a short walk away. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus, though the earliest departure is at 3:00 PM. The hotel's executive lounge has pastries and drinks available from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. There's also a private onsen area with complimentary sparkling wine. Booking a room with a private onsen includes access to the lounge and the private onsen area; otherwise, there's a charge.

The service was excellent, and the facilities were complete. We chose the option that included breakfast and dinner, both of which were buffet style. The food quality was good, the hot springs were also nice, and there was a free shuttle bus to and from the bus terminal, the hot spring bath, and the ski resort.

This is a fantastic hot spring hotel, offering a one-night stay with two meals, making it a great value. Breakfast and dinner are both buffets, and the buffet spread is excellent, especially the seasoned steaks, freshly squeezed orange juice (made on the spot), and pre-made banana milkshakes. In the evening, there's a Japanese folk song and dance performance, as well as adorable Kusatsu souvenirs—very kawaii. It was a truly memorable, enjoyable, and satisfying trip. The room also has its own onsen, which maintains a constant 38°C temperature and automatically refills when the water level drops. The room is stocked with high-end Kose shampoo and hair products, a high-end hair dryer, facial toiletries, lotion, hair products, and several kimono accessories. Booking a room with an indoor bath also offers executive lounge access from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and access to the newly opened VIP onsen in the annex, essentially renting the entire place out. It's very nice.

The service was quite good. One of the receptionists spoke Chinese, and I recommended booking a room with breakfast and dinner included. The food was decent. The hot spring has two pools, one indoor and one outdoor, which was as expected.

Very lively and atmospheric, the hot springs are extremely comfortable, including outdoor ones. The only downside is that the toothbrushes are too hard. The buffet was delicious.

Very good hotel, beautiful scenery, free hot springs are large, the smell of sulfur is very strong, not far from the scenic area, the buffet in the evening is rich, the children are also happy 🥳

The service was good and the location was decent, but the breakfast and dinner buffets were just average, with a limited variety of food. I stayed on the 4th floor and basically had no view from my room, and the public bath was also quite small.

The suite is very large, with traditional Japanese tatami. It is hot even without air conditioning on an 8 degree day.
