The hotel is very near to the main attraction but what we liked most was the staff and the owner were friendly and accommodating! Our room was huge and we were provided with lots of towels and other amenities. The breakfast was ok but not fab but it compensated of how they’d welcomed us

Excellent budget hotel right in the center of Kutaisi. You can walk to the main tourist attractions of the city: about 30 minutes to the Botanical Garden, 20 minutes to Bagrati Cathedral, and even closer to the bridges and fountain. There's a great shop and a cafe-restaurant nearby, both open 24/7. Prices are 10-20% cheaper than in Tbilisi. The staff is responsive. Breakfast isn't huge, but it's decent and served buffet style.

Excellent hotel! Friendly staff, quiet, and a pleasant atmosphere! I highly recommend it. The breakfast was varied, and the owner even treated me to some soup! 😁 There's also a great restaurant nearby.
