This was a fantastic hotel. The rooms are very luxurious and the showers were fantastic - very large and great water pressure. The onsens are great. The staff are superb and provide excellent service. The breakfast was fantastic and the views great too. The room amenities were top notch and loved the nespresso coffee maker. This resort exceeded our expectations.

Great hotel. Very happy with all aspects - room, service, ski concierge, location etc. Breakfast and dinner could be better. Coffee from the cafe was great but a little overpriced. Shuttle service was ok but a little infrequent. Rooms were very clean and convenient. Reason for 3 stars is lack of view from most rooms (other rooms look straight into your room so you have to have the blinds closed.
