The location of the hotel is pretty good: it is located in the old city centre area, quite popular amongst tourists and locals. The neighbourhood is pretty busy but quite quiet at the same time and has a pretty good connection with rapid transit. Unfortunately, the quality of standard rooms is not so good: the condition of the showers could be better and the equipment needs to be renovated from sharps. Also the decision of diving the sleeping room and the bathroom with a transparent wall is debatable.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We had notified them that it was our wedding anniversary and on arrival they had kindly organised an upgrade for us, which was totally unexpected. The staff were very pleasant and polite, giving helpful advice about taxis and traffic - special mention to Marina and Varvana who helped with our stay. Our room was clean, turn down service being an added bonus with extra water and chocolates. Bathroom was big, water was hot and bed very comfortable. Podil was our favourite part of Kiev and I’m so glad we chose to stay here, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance and easy to reach the other side of town by funicular or metro. Would happily return here on our next visit to Kiev!

We had an excellent stay! Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious—both really added to the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Not too fancy but really comfy. Breakfast is variable, attentive staff is a big plus. Located in the old city center, its very beautiful.
