This hotel was well worth the price and time. The staff was highly professional, and when I needed some adjustments to my arrival time they were more than accommodating. They respond quickly to emails. They picked the perfect room for a quiet stay. For sure will be a repeat customer. Also, the location is ideal for quick access to local historical sites and good restaurants.

We stayed at a hotel with our children during the holidays in a large, spacious room. As always, everything was great. Located in the city center, we walked a lot and explored the famous landmarks of Kyiv. Thanks to the reception administrators for their attentiveness and advice on the best places to visit.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable location at the city centre close to the public transport and local sightseeings. Wonderful team, thank you guys for all you help and care. I used to be a regular at this property before the conflict. It was everything I needed: great location, rooms, cleanliness, service, etc. Everything you would want/expect for a business trip, either alone or with family as there is plenty space. Nothing has changed – still exactly as before. If anything, the staff are even more attentive to one’s needs/expectations. On arrival we were shown a shelter if needed but during my stay it was the last thing we needed.
