I wrote a letter in advance in the «special wishes» column that I would like to make my stay unforgettable because I’m going with my husband to celebrate his birthday. My requests were ignored. The hotel is designed for flow. You shouldn’t count on Hospitality. I certainly won’t go back to the hotel anymore and I will never consider their network again

The hotel location was a bit far from city center, but not a bit issue if u drive yourself. Really impress by its various spread of breakfast options. Although room bed & cabinets are a bit dated but it’s quite spacious. Surrounding scenery was great with lot of greenery.

My stay at Mercure Kyoto Miyazu Resort & Spa was incredible! The classic Japanese-style room was beautifully designed with tatami mats and a serene ambiance, offering a perfect blend of tradition and comfort. The ocean view from my room was breathtaking, and the onsen facilities were truly relaxing. The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The traditional Kyoto-style breakfast was a delightful highlight. I highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!

My husband and I had a great time at this hotel. The beautiful location, the interesting Japanese room and the onsen made this trip unforgettable. Special thanks to the hotel staff for their politeness and responsiveness. We missed our transfer to the station and walked to Amanohashidate, and halfway there the receptionist recognized us on the road and took us to our destination. The service is amazing!

Great services, we have a great stays, clean roo. , just a bit far from the station, but they provide shuttle services and that's a really big help.
