請被這家民宿宣傳照片吸引過來的親們擦亮眼睛，我們日本旅遊期間實地踩雷，告訴大家這是一個鐵軌旁同時緊挨着公共廁所旁的民宿，一個晚上要2000多人民幣，完全就是在訛詐我們中國消費者，在我們中國國內一晚上兩千多人民幣的民宿該是怎樣的，相信大家都有認知，這樣的民宿攜程怎麼能讓其上線欺騙中國消費者的？我們於7月24日通過攜程app預訂了一間京都的民宿，app上該民宿宣傳照片非常漂亮，非常吸引人，但是當我們到達之後，發現這家民宿周邊環境極差，處於兩條電車鐵軌之間，每隔幾分鐘就是一輛車，吵**！民宿大門右手邊就是公廁，房間裏，大門口到處都是花蚊子，空調效果也很差，房間悶熱。民宿設施不齊全，宣傳時承諾的電飯煲沒有，找不到就民宿具體位置時打電話根本不接。民宿介紹中説的戒光寺公園，壓根就是個百來平方的沙石地，欺騙消費者！這家民宿定了就不能取消，用這樣的環境，這樣高的價格，來訛詐中國人的錢！虛假宣傳的民宿，兩邊電車吵的讓人根本沒法入住，我們當即與酒店協商取消訂單，但民宿方堅決拒絕，我們在日本衹能再入住其他酒店。這家民宿用不可取消的格式條款強制我們入住消費，無視自身虛假宣傳，典型的訛詐，我們聯繫攜程請予以處理，但攜程一直拖延處置並偏袒民宿方，攜程平台對於民宿的審核把關非常有問題，怎麼能讓這樣虛假宣傳的民宿繼續在app上欺騙中國消費者呢？！

在京都選擇了這家民宿，位於居民區，但離京都站非常近，京都站後面出來一條大路走過去大概五分多鐘。民宿樓上有兩張1.3米寬的床，樓下是榻榻米加床墊，能住兩到三家人。民宿有洗衣機、電磁爐、鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，晚上在京都站對面的永旺超市買打折和牛回來煎了吃非常完美。唯一就是民宿位於兩條鐵軌中間，晚上能聽到火車聲，但不至於影響睡覺。

房子上下兩層，有五個床鋪，一個淋浴，兩個獨立衞生間，適合大家庭或兩家人一起出行，我們就四個人，感覺同價位可以有更好的選擇。房屋整體還算乾淨，該有的都有，看得出房子是由老屋重新裝修改造的，室內一樓稍微有些冷，但開了空調還可以。位置離JR很近，步行穿過一個紅綠燈就到了，近鐵百貨、永旺和很多餐廳都在附近，很方便，是這個民宿最大的優勢。但也因為太近，也造成了這個民宿的最大劣勢，房子一邊是鐵路、一邊是輕軌，車來車往的聲音非常非常大，日本房子本身隔音就不是太強。夜裡11點後雖然公共交通都停了，但還有貨運貨火車會通過，入睡困難或對睡眠要求比較高的，可以直接pass掉這。
