I totally love this place!
If you book the room with the panoramic view, you won't regret it! Love the fact that you see not only concrete jungle but mounts and forest too.
The hotel is a bit far from the main touristic street but it's pretty close to the bus stop.
As always in Japan, it's clean.
However, keep in mind that the breakfasts are completely in Japanese style, so we had to eat somewhere else.

Nice hotel and excellent customer service.. Serve free drinks and you can rent the comics for free... Love this hotel and would re commend to everyone

1. It is a private bathroom and the description is misleading
2. Basically all travel items are provided (facial cleanser, lotion and so on
3. The washing machine is fully functional
Empty machine pre-washing, washing and drying integrated fully automatic, washing machine automatically puts laundry detergent, the price is not expensive, 400-500 once
4. All the clerks are very polite
5. The bento is a bit boring, so you don’t need to buy breakfast
6. The air conditioner in the room is super fast, with air purifier and fresh spray
7. There is a special person button in the elevator
8. Downstairs is a convenience store, a station and a car rental company (Toyota)
9. Not in the downtown area, there is a living market next to it, and it is also close to Nijo Castle, suitable for strolling
10. Walking along the road to Karasuma Oike, there are many small shops suitable for eating and drinking

I really loved this hotels vibe. They were very polite and friendly. Please do read the details though as the staff experienced a rough time with other travellers who did not. There is a city tax, it isn’t a lot but it’s not included in your bill as it is not a hotel charge.
The only thing I didn’t love was the shower head kept turning away and my friends room was next to the elevator that goes on all night. More sound proofing required.
However, as far as location goes it was great. Easy to get to Kyoto station from there. A 40 minute walk to Gion district that turned into two hours as it took us through the shopping streets. Pokémon and Nintendo stores on the same street.

Location is 5 min walk to nijo castle and.metro.
room is clean and you can take breakfast box to your own room.
plenty of magan. super . even has small collection of English mangan.
there is a big all family mart on the right hand side of hotel
