Hands down probably best hotel I have ever stayed in. We took a room on the 10th floor and was amazing views. Friendly staff and super comfy. Try the pink ‘Sakura’ rose you will not be disappointed!

Stylish, clean, and decent hotel but a bit of a walk to Kyoto station. Overall, it was a nice stay and would probably book it again next time.

The location was quite close to the main station, which was really handy for day trips and getting to and from the airport. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were great. The beds were really comfy and I would stay there again.

This is a very nice hotel with great facilities, service and cleanliness. Hotel is a short distance walk to Kyoto Station but since Japan is so well-connected, this is not an issue for us.

The Mercure Kyoto Station Hotel is definitely a Hotel that I would stay in again in the future when I return to Kyoto for another visit. The faculties were very friendly and helpful. And the cleanliness is over 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to family and friends. The JR Kyoto Station is only about a 10 minute walk to from the Mercure Kyoto Station Hotel and there are lots of restaurants that are very much close by. The closes laundry mat to this hotel is way less than 5 minutes of a walk which is really nice

Terrible. Poor location, poor service. Even after actively communicating and providing proof of flight cancellation, they still forced me to pay. After checking in, the self-service baggage drop-off didn't mention any fees until the very last step, and then I was charged at the front desk. This greatly disrupted my travel plans and felt like a hidden charge trap. It completely lowered my impression of the Accor brand. Absolutely awful.

The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. It's about a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station, and there's a popular ramen spot and a famous temple nearby, which is very convenient.
