Very good hotel thats perfect for families, two bedrooms upstairs and kitchen downstairs, the washing machine is fantastic.

Friendly receptionist who introduced nice restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and bike rental service. Reception and the house are in different location, they’d deliver our luggages to the house after check-in.
The house environment is amazing, spacious and with great equipments. We enjoyed our stay with the nice kitchen, hot tub and the floor heating! Very comfy especially in winter time. I recommend this place for couples, friends and families. It’s spacious enough to accommodate more people.

房間條件很好很新，但是與入住簽到不在一處，步行10分鐘，入住時服務員交待完注意事項和使用方法後，沒有任何服務，完全自助。對於旅遊的人來説不太方便。

裝修很棒，衞生很贊，地理位置也很好，適合做飯和出遊，美中不中的是我們4個成年人住在這裏，一個房間是床，一個房間是傳統榻榻米，對於上年紀的人來説起來不太方便，且樓上2間卧室衹有一個衞生間，半夜起來去洗手間聲音較大，checkin和入住也不在一個地方，需要步行10分鐘過去。

京都的這家民宿太合心意了。房間乾淨得一塵不染，連角落都透着清爽。廚房設備超全，鍋碗瓢盆樣樣齊，和朋友一起備菜做飯，像在家一樣自在。位置更是沒話説，就在鴨川邊，出門散步、晨跑都方便，交通也順，去哪都省心。
