The hotel offers great facilities such as a public bath, laundry area, and on-site Family mart. Convenience location, just one station from Kyoto station. I will definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is super convenient! It's just one stop from Kyoto Station on the E line, right next to the subway exit. **Facilities:** The room was very spacious, with a huge bed (over 2 meters!) that easily fit two adults and a child. Extremely satisfied, this hotel offers great value for money. For someone with a bit of a潔癖 (germophobia), the overall environment was clean and tidy. The room wasn't small (the double bed allowed access from both sides), there was a bathtub (though I didn't have time to use it), and the bathroom design was well-thought-out (separate wet and dry areas, convenient for two people to use simultaneously). Public facilities included a water dispenser, coin-operated washing machine, and a public bath 👍. The hotel lobby has a convenience store, and it's right next to a JR station (convenient for visiting Arashiyama and just one stop from Kyoto Station). There are also bus stops nearby, which was incredibly convenient; I took the bus back to the hotel from Shijo every day. Highly recommend it; I'd probably choose this place again on my next trip to Kyoto.

The hotel is located at Umekoji park, just 2min walk away from Umekoji station. Just one street away, there are museum, garden, aquarium, Michelin star Ramen shop and many other high local rating (in tabelog) restaurants. The room was compact but clean, practical and comfortable. The breakfast served a small japanese-western style buffet, but it was tasty. Public bath was spacious and the congestion information was accessible from your room, which was very useful. Overall, it was a pleasant hotel for exploring the modern part of Kyoto.
