The location of the hotel is good, just around 5-8 mins walk from the JR station. It’s still easy even if you are taking 2 big luggages.
It is convenient that there are a few convenient stores nearby. We can buy food and drinks easily.
The room is not really big for opening the luggages but it is still comfortable.

location is good, near subway station, below there’s a lawson. staff were all friendly and helpful. 1 thing that is a pity is there’s only 2 laundry machine and you have to plan your time if you would like to get your clothings dry. the machine are v good, you do not need any detergent and they are 2 in 1 washing + drying and the clothes really clean and hot. breakfast was provided and they were simple and nice. will book again if i were to travel to kyoto.

Location is good and convenient, can walk to Kyoto station in 8 mins. Room is good for one person stay, amenities are provided at first floor, even facial mask is available. The staff is very nice to let me check in earlier as it was raining and cold on that day, will definitely consider it if I come again.

2 adults and 1 child stayed in connecting rooms. The room was much larger than expected, and the bathtub in one bathroom was also very large. Both rooms could be expanded horizontally. The location is only 6 minutes away from Kyoto Station. Although you need to go to the second floor at Kyoto Station to get to the other side, there is an elevator throughout the journey.
