Comfort Hotel ERA Kyoto Toji

I have been to Kyoto many times. The hygiene of this hotel is the worst among all the hotels I have stayed in in Japan. When I first entered the room, the window sill, sofa, and the edge behind the bed were all covered in dust. There was a strange smell in the bathroom. I immediately After rinsing with hot water for more than ten minutes, it still didn't work. The breakfast was the worst of the hotels I stayed in during my four days in Kyoto. The fried fish was terrible, the tofu was not tasty, and there was not much variety. To deal with the guests, the price was 2,500 yuan/night. Breakfast is not included. There are very few people who have reviewed this hotel. I am the first to give a negative review. I hope you won’t come here again and step into the trap. The hotel is located next to a main road and an elevated light rail station, so the noise and dust are very high. The management of the hotel's breakfast is also quite chaotic and noisy. The waiter sprayed wine and cleaning water high before the guests next door left. The water mist floated everywhere. During the day, the corridors of the room were filled with garbage and bed sheets, making it a mess. The hotel was crowded and smelly, the aisles were narrow and dark, and the elevators were not clearly marked and difficult to find.

The location is good. It's right next to Toji Subway Station and a little far from Kyoto Station. It's much better than other comforts and the breakfast is richer. This breakfast requires an extra charge. There is free tea and coffee in the afternoon. There are also free snacks.

When I was waiting in line to check in, a guy in front of me had allergies and rashes all over his body and complained to the front desk. I slept in my clothes all night. The location of the hotel is OK, only one Kintetsu station away from Kyoto Station. But the road in front of the door is very busy and the noise is a bit loud. Check in and check out are all done by yourself on the machine. There is no hair dryer or iron in the room.
