Location is ok as restaurants and supermarket are nearby. However, onsite parking is not complimentary and beds are too old and soft. Definitely not suitable for people with bad backs.

Impeccable welcome, clean and spacious room. The most important thing, and this is what many hotels lack, is no noise, quiet, and the hosts are polite.

Comfortable room except A/C never worked. We could open window and the room cooled down but there are a lot of people out at night talking loudly and carousing into the wee hours of the AM. Big complaints they advertise family friendly with laundry facilities. Their laundry facility is a bag in your closet you can send your clothes out for cleaning. I found a laundromat not too far away and a patisserie and made do but I chose the hotel thinking we could get our laundry done. It is a charming old 1905 building. Just advertise accurately and fix the A/C.
