Very strange place, I’m thinking with fake feedbacks,  service is terrible,  final bill with a lot of mistakes not to my side!  after 10 o’clock nobody from personal in the hotel,  this is a not five star, this is free star auto without room service, and any services.

A wonderful, discreet escape situated in a secluded French village. If you like the quiet, beautiful gardens, olive groves and impeccable hotel staff that still knows how to attend to the guests, this is your spot not to be missed. Highly recommended.

Le Château De Collias est situé au milieu d’un village au bord du Gard. Sa façade majestueuse et sa terrasse surplombent un magnifique jardin à l’anglaise puis une superbe forêt. Tout est fait pour que le séjour dans ce très bon lieu soit le plus agréable possible… l’accueil très sympathique de propriétaires passionnés, le restaurant l’Hirondelle qui mérite amplement son étoile, le restaurant le Bougainvillier imbattable en terme de rapport qualité prix, l’amabilité du personnel, le jardin qui invite à la rêverie, les chambres spacieuses et très bien aménagées, les salles historiques magnifiquement restaurées et la possibilité d’effectuer des randonnées à proximité… Que dire de plus, à part songer à y retourner…. et à recommander sans hésitation ce lieu enchanteur.

La plus par des produits ne sont pas issus des producteurs cité. Désormais les produit sont de métro beaucaire. Légume, poisson, fruit, chocolat, pain.. Voilà je voulais m'être au courant vos future client ! Mais cela ne ce reflète pas dans les assiette tous reste très bon est bien exécuté ! Juste déçu de l'honnêteté de l'établissement !

Séjour sans faute, le personnel est au petit soin le château est rénové avec goût et passion, nous avons été surclassé sans supplément, les chambres sont neuves et impeccables, et le restaurant est très bon, le chef mérite son étoile, bravo

Magnifique week-end où tout était vraiment parfait!! Le château, les jardins, le personnel , le service!! Rien n’est laissé au hasard !! Nous avons été surclassé pour notre anniversaire de mariage et tout le monde a été très gentil avec nous avec de petites attentions pour l’occasion. Le restaurant gastronomique vaut aussi le détour et vient parfaire le séjour avec délicatesse.
