Young team. Very attentive and hardworking. Visually nice location, but a bit far from the city. Walls are somewhat thin, so you can clearly hear your neighbors. Still a recommended hotel.

I had already paid the full invoice amount by credit card, yet I was forced to pay again. The staff showed no willingness to discuss or resolve the issue – absolutely unacceptable. This feels like a scam. I now have to resolve the matter through my bank. Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst hotel ever. How it gets a 4 star rating, not worth 1 star. Only one staff who tried very hard to please the very few guests. Room very small taken over with a 50 inch screen TV. Arrived after a 495 km journey tired and hungry to be told no food served on Sunday. Very tired and delipidated hotel. Breakfast was ok.

We had the pleasure to stay one night in December at this hotel as a family (4 people + 1 dog, 3 rooms). We chose it because the location was convenient for our purpose, and also as it looked quaint and comfortable. We were not disappointed with our stay. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff very friendly and efficient. The large free car park was also one of our reasons for choosing this hotel and we really appreciated having this facility. One of our vehicles being 100% electric we also really enjoyed having several charging stations on site on the hotel car park. We got to use the Spa which was lovely to use, although maybe a bit dated and the access from the hotel by foot in the dark not great (uneven floor). The breakfast was great in terms of quality and quantity. We would definitely return.

A welcoming staff upon arrival, however, a bad experience when checking out from the front desk staff who had an attitude when I requested for a refund on 3 breakfasts that I never had. The restaurant staff has no system in place to check thoroughly the hotel guest who desire to dine in their restaurant. The lack of insonorisation on the second floor was extremely disturbing with rude guests and heavy noises throught the night. Not a plesant and not a relaxing hotel. The cleaning staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly. The hotel front desk staff lady was very unpleasant with me upon my checking out after I requested a refund of the 3 breakfasts wrongly charged. Yes the hotel might have a great location for parking however the quality of the Best Western in this region does not match Best Western in the U.S.A..

Good hotel with decent facilities, very far from centre of Chateau Thierry, so walking there on busy main road , with NO pavement would be dodgy . Food good , but service slow and courses take a while to reach you after you have ordered. Shower good. One weird design - there is NO internal door handle ! You have to push the door shut once inside And push door to get out . 2 towels a day supplied . Air conditioning excellent. Plenty of parking. Very busy main road , but noise at night not an issue. Have slept well , all week.

Arrived for two nights with a group on a battlefield tour. All seemed a bit odd. Staff very young and lacking real management. Restaurant very slow although food was good. Hotel is set on a major fast road with no real pedestrian access to the town and a real lack of taxis in the town. Overall an OK stay but really nothing the retirement for.

Wonderfully hospitable hotel and comfortable rooms - perfect for a stay with kids and dog. Spacious room with a super comfortable bed and sofa bed, and lots of room for our luggage and the dog bed. Room service was delicious, and breakfast offered everything one could want. Thank you for a lovely stay!
