Le prix est vraiment élever par rapport à a la location de la chambre qui est vraiment très simple avec une toute petite piscine, la femme de ménage qui est rentrée sans notre autorisation plus ils ont voulu me facturer en plus deux petites déjeuner non consommés ainsi qu'une taxe que j'avais déjà payé je suis extrêmement déçu , placé à plus d'une heure de marche du centre je trouve ça vraiment nul surtout qu'il est vraiment mal desservi un bus toute les heures et pas de bus le weekend

I was given a room at check in. There was a humming noise in the room. Staff member told me she would report it technician the next day. I said that wouldn’t help me because I would not be able to sleep with noise. Was moved to a room in the exact position on the second floor. Noise was worse here. I didn’t sleep. Paid just under €73 for a sleepless night. Air conditioner/ heating didn’t work in either room

way over priced for these rooms. area is ghetto and there is nothing within walking distance. walking around Hotel area is dangerous because of traffic. they charged 139 euros - wow! it is in an industrial/business area - sad and boring. you can hear everything in hallways - so if someone gets up early they will most likely wake you. beds are terrible/uncomfortable. Bring your own stars.

Ibis avec chambres assez simples mais accueillantes et bien équipée. Dans les points négatifs : le restaurant au choix très basique et sans menu du jour le soir et les portes des chambres qui font du bruit la nuit quand un client sort ou entre. Points positifs : Un personnel très aimable notamment au pdj, l'insonorisation de la chambre vis à vis de l'extérieur, la salle d'eau fonctionnelle.

Arrivée vers 22h après avoir prévenu, l'accueil au bar pas des plus agréable, on me donne un ticket pour le parking après m'avoir demandé si j'avais une voiture sans plus d'explication. Arrivés à la chambre 212, il n'y avait pas de lit pour notre fille, ni de 3eme serviette. Un lit d'appoint a été rajouté et à plus de 22h30, nous constatons que la porte coulissante la salle d'eau ne coulisse pas. Comment pouvez-vous louer une chambre avec une porte dans cet état ?? Signalé le lendemain matin mais irréparable dans le week-end et pas d'autre chambre aussi grande disponible pour nous, nous avons dû faire avec. Et le seul geste commercial a été de nous facturer le parking 10 € la nuit alors que cette information ne nous avait pas été communiquée à notre arrivée. Très déçu de notre we, de l'accueil, de la gestion du pb de chambre et de la facturation du parking, le tout au milieu du zone artisanale peu accueillante. La piscine est malgré tout agréable si on fait abstraction de la vue sur le parking à 10€ la nuit. Je n'y retournerai certainement pas et je ne le conseillerai pas, je pensais que le groupe Accor était un peu plus sérieux.

Très étonné de lire ces commentaires. J'ai été très satisfaite de mon séjour. Jessika qui m'a accueilli avec un très joli sourire . Très aimable et a l'écoute. la chambre propre la salle de bain nickel. J'ai été sur classée car la chambre que j'avais réservé n'était pas prête sans aucun frais supplémentaires. J'ai beaucoup aimé la housse de couette contrairement à la personne qui a laissé un avis négatif . j'en ai acheter une pour le coup . Le matin la bonne humeur de Zineb au petit déjeuner vous met en forme pour la journée. Merci a tout le personnel. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir. Aline chiaramonte
