Hotel la Ciotat - A Deux Pas de l'Eau

Great location, view, and very helpful ptoperty manager!

We had come to visit the region but our stay had not gone well, already the owners hardly speak English and communication was too difficult, we had a sofa bed for our friends but it is impossible to sleep there because it is too bad quality , we had spoken to the owner who was really angry explaining to us that we were the only ones to complain, sorry to be your customers dear sir, we do not recommend this hotel

We had been invited to celebrate a happy event with friends living in La Ciotat, they were the ones who had reserved this hotel for us, when arriving in our accommodation there was a smell of garbage cans and cold tobacco, we had spoken about it at the reception and it was the first time that a manager spoke to me in this tone, very aggressive and explaining to me that there was never cleaning problem in his hotel, we had been humiliated because there were other customers, we are used to traveling and we are Trip Advisor authors and I wanted to write a comment on this hotel because I did not enjoy my stay at all and we would have liked to leave more quickly, it is a bad memory

We’ve spent amazing two weeks here. everything was super form the beginning, hosts are very nice and welcoming , ready to help any time.Room was clean, spacious and well-equipped.The location is perfect, 1 minute to the sea. My stay was excellent! The property is located right on the water, across from what is the best beach in La Ciotat, in my opinion. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend A Deux Pas de l'Eau!

Host very good and helpful. Nothing to much. Apartment vey clean and ready for us. Good outside seating area. Lovely area to visit.

PARFAITEMENT PASSÉ! On a adoré particulièrement la bonne qualité des lits et la gentillesse des gens qui gère l'établissement. En plus, les appartements comptent avec un adéquat superficie. Je recommande carrément.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so friendy, the breakfast served here was INCREDIBLE! The only thing that caught us off guard was that the place only has 2 parking spots that are free, which were utilised, so we had to pay for parking every day. I do think the wording on the advert could be a Bit more clear on. Otherwise, this was a fantastic stay and I would go back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time here. We agree with all the reviews so there’s not much to add. We can confirm all the positives: the hosts, comfort , parking, cleanliness, security ( a few codes to remember, but it’s super safe), location. Our apartment was ground floor, the largest, but, while quiet (as it was in the back, ) we had a terrace with no view at all. Be sure to note that there are beach chairs to bring to borrow and a hose to wash off sand by the parking. I would recommend booking directly with the hosts as the parking is free that way. And thank you, Bettina and Antonio for your suggestions and for sending us a forgotten item. We will surely recommend your place to others.
