The 100 m2 house is spread over two levels, in the middle of a 400 m2 Mediterranean and aromatic garden. Facing south on the front facade, with garden, terrace and open veranda, the house also benefits from a garden. and a terrace to the north. This double exposure allows you to choose one of the three outdoor lounges according to the day, in the shade or in the sun. 5 deck chairs available.
On the ground floor: Kitchen, living room and dining room in open space. (and Wc). The kitchen door opens onto the open veranda with a common window to the kitchen. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms. 1 of 18 m2 with large dressing room and new bedding 160 cm x 200 cm. One of 18 m2 with plenty of storage and king size bed 180 cm x 200 cm (new bed base, mattress and headboard). One of 9 m2 with a 90 x 190 cm bed. 1 bathroom with WC and large shower with a window overlooking the Sainte Baume and the Route des Crêtes. Natural air conditioning: 20° maximum inside.
The house is at the start of the Route des Crêtes, on the edge of the Calanques National Park, 5 mins walk from small shops and 15 mins from the town center or 5 mins by car. Beaches and creeks 15 minutes by bike, possibility to park them in the closed garage. In front of the house, several parking spaces available free of charge in a private residence.
Labeled the most beautiful bay in the world, La Ciotat is ideally located 33 km from Marseille, 39 km from Toulon and 50 km from Aix-en-Provence, 7 km from Cassis.
