Nous avons tout d'abord été mis dans une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite ce que je trouve inadmissible car ces chambres sont réservées aux personnes ayant des difficultés ou un handicap. J'ai demandé à ce qu'on change de chambre le lendemain nous avons eu une autre mais très mal isolée nous entendions nos voisins parlés et le bruit du restaurant juste en dessous. Au lieu de rester 3 nuits nous sommes partis au bout de la 2 nuits. En ce qui concerne le positif l'établissement dispose d'une belle piscine chauffée et il est bien situé et le parkingest gratuit. Nous avons été très déçus car nous étions dans un autre appart hôtel juste avant et il était juste parfait nous ne nous attendions donc pas à ça. Dommage.

L hôtel est très jolie propre service impeccable petit déjeuner au top piscine au top garage facile d accès personnel au top et gentil c est mieux qu à l étranger rien à dire envie de retourner allez y les yeux fermés

This is a perfect facility to explore La Clusaz and the surrounding by hike or cycling. Perfect parking lot with facilities for the bike. Nice rooms, well cleaned and amazing view on the mountains. Very quiet. splendid to deconnect the dailly business hectic.

i don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to say something in case someone else is thinking about staying here. We booked this hotel for a quick weekend getaway — nothing fancy, just something clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, this was neither. 😞 First of all, the photos online are VERY misleading. The furniture looked stylish and updated in the pictures, but in real life it was old, scratched up, and honestly felt like it came from a thrift store clearance bin. One of the nightstands was chipped and the drawers didn’t even close all the way. The chair in the corner looked like it had seen better decades. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was thin and lumpy, and every time I moved, it made a squeaky noise. I barely slept the first night. My husband ended up sleeping on top of the comforter with a hoodie on because it just didn’t feel clean. 😬 The room also had this weird smell — not awful, but like stale air and cheap cleaning supplies. We had to open the window just to air it out. We weren’t expecting a 5-star resort, but we did expect something that at least looked like the photos and felt halfway decent. I honestly don’t know how this place has such good reviews unless people are rating it based on price alone. Won’t be back, and definitely don’t recommend for families or anyone who actually wants to relax. — Michelle Lewis mom of 3 just trying to get a break that doesn’t include sleeping on a rock disguised as a bed 😤

We visited this property in July , the rooms were lovely , clean with coffee and tea facilities, the noise from the plumbing upstairs was awful , even though I presume this is more of a winter area the hotel was busy , the area around the pool was clean and well looked after , the food in the restaurant on an evening was excellent and so was the breakfast which had a great variety of fresh cooked bread items ,with the most amazing cheeseboard ( yes , for breakfast) . There was lots of parking as they had an underground carpark . The area itself was lovely , uphill on the way back but still walkable , the town itself even though it was summer had plenty still to do in the town centre and the cable cars and ski lifts still working , cafes and restaurants open , had a great atmosphere, would certainly return

Lovely hotel, nice views, close to Bossonet chair lift and village centre. Ski lockers on site and lovely bar with fab cocktails. Great breakfast. Loved the pool but not great you have to pay - didn’t realise beforehand. Bus to central village and gondola just outside and regular which was fantastic.
