It has a beautiful view of the vulcano. Nice rooms that very spacious and nice. The staff is very friendly and gives a good service. The breakfast buffet has everything you need and is fresh and inviting. We had dinner which was also very good and with fair prices. A minor thing is that there is no drinking water in the room, and it is quite expensive to buy in the bar.

We enjoyed a few nights at this hotel. Staff were welcoming when we arrived and gave us all the information we needed, including recommendations for activities. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and food was great. Breakfast had a range of options. Could have done with a bit more space to store clothes as there was only one small wardrobe. Fine for couples but perhaps not enough for a family of 4! Best feature of the hotel is the view of the volcano!

We stayed two nights on a Gate1 trip and it was just beautiful. Nice clean rooms and great staff. Pool was lovely. We saw lots of wildlife and the views of the volcano were breathtaking. The breakfast buffet offered lots of choice and we had a evening meal which was the best fish I had on my trip. Would stay again

The staff was excellent. They made great suggestions for dinner and made reservations for us. There was a shuttle to take you to restaurants which was helpful because La Fortuna is busy. Very spacious rooms, terrific views of Volcano.

I booked this property as I was literally driving to La Fortuna. So glad I did. It sits facing the volcano and the views were unbelievable. I was in cabin #107 loved where it was located!! The grounds are just beautiful and staff very helpful. Loved the unique rooms. I will be back. 🌴❤️

This area of Costa Rica is such a beautiful area to visit. The hotel was in a very pretty setting and we could see the volcano through our window. The restaurant right on the property was very good. We ate there multiple times and the staff was always so friendly and pleasant. Everyone at the hotel was super nice and helpful.

We loved Arenal Volcano Inn. Our family of 6 had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with a kitchen, sitting area, and washer and dryer. It was clean and spacious. The swimming pool was perfect and we almost always had it to ourselves during our stay. The gardens all around the property were so beautiful. The breakfast was the best we had while in Costa Rica and the views of the the volcano from the restaurant and the master bedroom of our villa were amazing! We would stay here again.
