Firstly this hotel is fabulous because of its location on a hill. Potentially you would need transport if you intend on going into Segovia (taxis are few and far between) Segovia centre is definitely worth a trip. The views from the hotel are breathtaking day and night. We walked into Segovia centre it takes about 50 miles and it's about 3.5 miles one way. The Staff are extremely friendly and some speak very good English. It's a hidden gem. The Pool area is well maintained with a life guard. Sun loungers and static parasols readily available. We were on a half board basis and I truly recommend it. The breakfast had ample choice and cooked was available at an additional charge. Even dinner was exceptional I can highly recommend the salmon the hake and the tuna salad as well as the chocolate pud. I didn't find the local spirits / drinks or wine and beer overly expensive. We stayed for 2 nights but I could easily have stayed a few days longer to totally relax. The Weather was extremely hot during our stay 33 degrees and we had the most wonderful downpour of rain whilst sipping wine on the terrace of which there are a few but not all open because it's early in the season. My only issue was dinner at 9pm for us it was a little late. Remember to reserve a table as the check-in desk doesn't seem to tell guests who are checking in. However you could have bought lunch from 1.30pm cafe/bar area or paid for a reservation at the restaurant. The Pool area provide towels but you must have the (towel card) with you to collect these from the pool attendant the card is provided by hotel reception.

Very helpful staff I may have mis spell Diez. Night shift on 4.22. We plan to drive to Madrid but unsure if we can due to our rented car had not applied the entry permit. He had been super helpful, searching in website n found where v may park our car outskirt of Madrid n take a train to go. Clear instruction. Real helpful! Room size is big n clean. Great view n v had dinner in the restaurant.

A hotel with a very good location! But it is only suitable for self-driving cars! On the hillside opposite the old city of Seville! It takes about ten minutes to drive to the Alcazar of Seville!
You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Seville! Especially at sunrise and sunset, it is even more beautiful! You can see the photos I took

Facilities: The facilities are great. It is on the mountain. If you drive here, it is convenient. Parking is free. The parking lot is large and you can overlook the entire old town of Segovia. The view is unbeatable. Breakfast is rich.

There were many moth flies in the room, the kind of sewer flies, which was disgusting. We asked to change the room, but the waiter first sprayed the whole room with insecticide, which almost suffocated us when we packed our luggage.
There was no door receptionist, so we had to pull our luggage far away. The restaurant service was not good. The waiter ignored us when he saw us. We asked for coffee for breakfast, but it was not served until we finished eating. The churro was fried and could not be chewed. When we checked out, we were charged 30 euros more. The counter staff spoke a lot to us in Spanish. It's not that we didn't understand it. We were too lazy to care, but we felt unhappy.
It's far from the city and inconvenient for sightseeing. The only advantage is the good view.
