SPANISH: Dalt la Figuera is a beautiful house, categorized with four stars, located in the small town of La Higuera, just 12 min. of the aqueduct and on the Pirón River Route. The house is on the outskirts of the town center and invites you to stroll through its meadows and pine groves or to explore the course of the Polendos stream. The owner tells us how she designed this house and her garden taking care of every detail, to achieve an environment of tranquility in the midst of nature. He imitated the colors of the landscape, used wood and stone and planted the native plants of this area of Segovia; although he added some architectural element of his land, Mallorca, such as the mud gutters that can be seen in the photo. The barbecue is on the porch with access to the large garden, there is a table with chairs and a sack of coal and pills to light. The spaciousness of the house and its careful decoration, together with the lush garden that surrounds it, will transfer you to a world of peace and tranquility and contact with nature. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. A huge living room with two areas, the dining room with a large table for 12 people and the fireplace, with comfortable sofas. On the top floor there is a living room, with wooden floors, where there are games and toys for the little ones and a library, with children's books. It is an ideal place for families with children and travelers with pets, who will always be welcome. At 20 meters from the house there is a sports court and in the summer months a pool is installed in the garden. The house is fully equipped, bed linen and towels, hand soap, gel and shampoo in the bathrooms, and a hair dryer. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils and also detergents, cloth, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, .... The owner told us how she designed the house and the garden herself, paying great attention to every detail in order to achieve a haven of tranquility in the midst of a natural setting.
