Lower level of house includes a recently remodeled kitchen with French windows opening onto the terrace. Past the kitchen on the right is the combined dining and living room area with a French window opening onto a small garden at the back of the house. To the left of the entrance is the corridor to the first-floor bedroom and a large Italian-style shower room and the stairs to the two bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. Each bedroom has a bed for two people. Living room has a convertible couch for two people to sleep for a total of eight people.Walled garden has a gate leading to a tree shaded lane. Taking the lane to the right and catty corner to the rear of the house is a typical Provencal square lined with plane trees with a boule playing ground in the center. House is 9 minutes by car, 14 minutes by bicycle, 46-minute by foot, and 3.6 kilometers from the recreational Port Miramar and adjacent beaches.
