Отель сам по себе отличный. Даже много не напишешь. Почему не идеальное местоположение? Просто в горку до самой тусы минут 15-20 идти утомительно. Но возле отеля полно всего, а центр в Ла-Пас исключительно номинальный. Сервис на хорошем уровне и на удивление в самом отеле отличный обменный курс.

I have to say this was one of the most horrible hotel stays we have had in years of travel experience. We arrived to La Paz suffering from altitude illness and then were placed in a room surrounded by boisterous soccer teams partying hard. We asked to move to a different room but were told none were available. We contacted our travel agent who called the hotel and we were moved finally to a quieter room. Even so we could still hear them and they overtook the entire cafeteria for meals. The problem for the new room was that the traffic in this area of the city is constant and noisy with honking horns, reving engines, shouting people. If you open a window for air all you get is exhaust fumes. Additionally there are only fast food outlets around the hotel. Deep fried food is not great for nausea and altitude sickness. This experience and the altitude illness soured us on Bolivia. We won’t be back.

The buffet Breakfast is really good.

The establishment was clean and the staff were very helpful . Water pressure was great in the shower . Breakfast was adequate , don't expect brewed coffee . What needs attention : the Wifi in the room , the slippery bathroom floor and the fire alarm in the breakfast room which had a dead battery , hence beeped every 10 seconds.

Comfortable, compact, modern room. Very friendly service. Varied buffet breakfast. The location is good, except for the fact that you can't park the cab and you have to get off very quickly. Close to the stadium square so there are food options, stalls selling accessories (I needed a flashlight and found it without problems). There was a sports team staying there and it seemed like there would be a lot of noise, but in reality I was able to sleep very well.

Stay away from room 306. (this review is after staying in 6 hotels in South America)
The pictures in the website look great, but we had a small dark and very hot room with a high window- no view except to the kitchen chimney.
We were part of a tour and I thought we would be upgraded- but not such luck.
Pros: Breakfast was included. Staff was nice. Shower pressure was great.
Cons: Room was very hot. Opened the high window just to let the air coming in for a few minutes before closing it to go to sleep. Beds were on the very hard side.
Perhaps other rooms were better, but we ended up with the worst in our whole trip.
If you stay here, check the room first. If you get 306, ask for another room.

I wish I could have A/C for those hot days. There was only a heater, so I had to open the only window in the room to get fresh air….and let all the outside noise coming also

I booked the room directly with the hotel website, but it got canceled by the hotel 25 days before arrival for no reason. So I have to book another hotel instead. Beware of this problem. Worst reservation ever.

The staff was great and willing to help with any needs. I had no issues at all staying here. Great location for many things. If i were to go back to La Paz i will stay there again.
