Naindo Park Hotel

Unbeatable location. Very good hotel with pool. Friendly staff, cleanliness of 10. Spacious superior room with a beautiful view of the city, king size bed, armchairs with a small table, large mirror, minibar, safe. Large bathroom with bathtub. Normal breakfast, without luxury, but exquisite dinner food. I liked it all. To recommend!

Very good relation cost quality. Unbeatable location. It has everything nearby and it is a good base point for those who want to enjoy different regions of the province of La Rioja. Good attention from the staff.

The best Hotel in the City of La Rioja. Very good attention from Agustina, its owner. Located half a block from the Main Square. I was in room 416 Breakfast = 7 Restaurant = 7 Room = 8 Bathroom = 6 (small toilet) Bed = 8 TV = 5 (without coded football)

It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The infrastructure, with a value enhancement, could provide more category, but the staff is not trained for hospitality. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, in a historic heat wave, when we arrived the air conditioning was off and the whole room was an oven. We had made the reservation early, someone must have made sure that the room was in condition. Cooling that room took most of the night. The walls, bed and floors were hot and we couldn't sleep. When leaving the comment at reception, they blamed the previous guest for having turned it off. Ridiculous. On this hot night, the fridge was empty! Again I commented at the reception and he told me "the rooms do not have a minibar". I told him that I had mine and it was empty and he told me that I could buy at the kiosk opposite. If you have stayed in a high-class hotel before, you know that none of this would not have happened...you can forgive a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel. And you never send the guest to do your job! The breakfast, quite mediocre. With mixed juice and food offered without refrigeration throughout the service. Finally, when looking for our car (we no longer waited for it to be brought to us...we realized that it was not that kind of hotel) the garage was closed. Once again go back to reception to ask them to open for us. It is a pity. The heavy work has already been done, the only thing missing is attention to the public, to details and hospitality.

está muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones son cómodas. La habitación que me tocó tenía dos camas individuales lo que fue raro pero no impide mi estadía. la ducha tiene una entrada que genera que se moje el baño por lo que eso si lo cambiaría, pero es verdad que la hace accesible. El desayuno es bastante completo. Tiene una buena piscina y un gimnasio pequeño. No esta nada mal el hotel, tiene un restaurante que tiene muy buena comida, la carts es pequeña pero concisa.

Ya me habíia alojado en el hotel hace 2 años con una excelente experiencia. pero esta vez me decepcionó por pequeños detalles que deslucen la calidad del lugar: sacaron los frigobares de varias habitaciones, lamparitas quemadas en veladores que tuve que reclamar, toallón con agujeros en la pileta, ventanal que no limpien desde la ultima temporada de lluvias...

Viaje con la empresa Noche y dia y estuve alojado desde el 23/09/23 al 27/09/23 con mi esposa muy lindo hotel excelente ubicacion servicio y atencion del personal. La haitacion amplia, moderna y limpia.Tienen un sistema de apertura de puerta con una aplicacion solicite una tarjeta y no tuvieron ningun pronlema en darmela. El desayuno muy bueno y completo medias lunas jamom y queso pan lactal manteca mermelada, jugo naranja , yogurt. con respecto a la cena muy buena y variada. En resumen hotel para recomendar.

Es un lindo edificio mal cuidado Le falta mantenimiento El baño con moho en los cerámicos, la bañera toda manchada, la mampara o****** y para colmo al duch**** se llena de agua todo el baño. No tiene frigobar y la caja fuerte no tiene puerta. Y son servicios que ofrecen. La pileta muy linda pero como la alquilan para gente de afuera el huésped tiene que qued**** a un costado para que ellos entrenen. Y el encargado deja inhabilitado el ascensor para que los mismos suban cuando quieran, dejando a los que nos alojamos en el hotel con un ascensor menos. Nada recomendable por ser un hotel 4 estrellas

Estuve 4 noches. Muy buena atención del personal de la PB. La limpieza de la habitación está acorde con el Hotel. Dado el calor de la Ciudad, seria recomendable contar con una heladerita en la habitación.
