Really enjoyed staying here. Rooms are simple but nice and all you need. Food downstairs was really good. The staff was awesome. My only complaint was there is no WiFi available in the room, only in the lobby and by the pool.

This place it’s nothing like you guys advertised,the room are very dirty,not AC,not hot water,not lighting,not even toilet paper,room’s towel are very filthy,the showers are impossible to shower because the water get out,
I asked about hot water and one lady at the from desk,just said to open the sink to see if I get hot water on the shower,nothing happens,my daughter had to heat the water in little drinking cup on the microwave,the room was so dark,food it’s way too expensive,
The neighborhood it’s not safe

Era el hotel donde siempre me quedaba en La Romana hasta que por la prisa salí el miércoles 20 de abril y dejé algunos objetos en el hotel. Al llamar para reclamarlos me dijeron en guest service que las camaristas no habían encontrado nada y que eso era todo. El hotel es tranquilo y en un buen lugar pero no son honestos, no les recomiendo visitar si llevan cosas de valor, a mi me costó alrededor de 100 dólares lo perdido, a usted pueden ser más.
