One block from central train station so it's very convenient when touring Cinque Terre. The room is clean, bed is firm but comfortable. Amenities include fridge, blowdryer, coffee maker. Cons: street outside is sketchy, towels were very musty and tight shower space.

First I didn’t realize it is apartment that was turn into rooms smelly cigar ate smell at the corridor and room smells like sewer.
I share my thoughts with the owner who I never met and converse via what’s up.
You n general do not stay in this s city ! Dirty there are much better places to make as a base

This place is a hidden gem!!! It’s a family own and managed guest rooms, the room was amazing!! Very clean!! Very comfortable!! The mother and the son were incredible!! The place is in the best location, right by the main center and the train station is right across the street. I would definitely go back there I would rate this place 10/10!!! Without a doubt!!

Ideal location for those arriving in La Spezia by train; a few steps from the center. The rooms bear the name of the places in the Cinque Terre. Stayed for the 70th Bersaglieri rally. The "MANAROLA" room (where we stayed overnight) is clean and welcoming, soundproofed, so it is quiet despite overlooking a very busy road. The welcome kit with snacks and fruit juices was very welcome, as well as infusions for preparing hot drinks. Mrs. Annamaria and her son Gianluca are very kind and helpful. Definitely recommended

We only stayed two nights to visit the 5 lands. The room was clean and quiet, very nice with a terrace, the owners were very helpful, it is a stone's throw from the station and the center where there are bars, restaurants and shops. A shame we only stayed two nights.

Consigliatissimo! Titolari molto gentili e disponibili. Posizione ottima di fronte alla stazione, molto comoda sia per raggiungere il centro e il porto sia per prendere il treno per le Cinque Terre. Ambienti molto puliti, profumati e moderni! Siamo state davvero bene, grazie!!
